Nationwide recall issued for eye care products; consumers urged to discontinue use immediately.
UNDATED (WKRC) — Several eye care products sold across the U.S. have been voluntarily recalled due to potential safety concerns.
BRS Analytical Service, LLC issued the recall after a U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) audit uncovered manufacturing deviations that could compromise product quality. These deviations violate current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and may pose risks to users.

These items were distributed between May 26, 2023, and April 21, 2025. Consumers are urged to stop using the products immediately.
Customers should complete the "Quantity to Return" and Customer Information sections on the recall notice and send it via fax to 931-292-6229 or email to customerservice@avkare.com, even if they no longer have the product.
