Nintendo Keeps Pricing for Nintendo Switch 2, U.S. Retail Pre-Orders Launch April 24

Retail pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 will open on April 24, 2025. At launch, the price for the Nintendo Switch 2 in the U.S. will remain at $449.99, as announced on April 2. The Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle will also stay priced at $499.99. Pricing for both the physical and digital versions of Mario Kart World ($79.99) and Donkey Kong Bananza ($69.99) will not change at launch.

However, due to shifts in market conditions, prices for certain Nintendo Switch 2 accessories will differ from the previously announced prices. Additional pricing adjustments for other Nintendo products may also occur in the future, depending on market factors.

We apologize for the delay in retail pre-orders and hope this helps alleviate any uncertainty our customers may have. We thank you for your patience and share in the excitement to experience the Nintendo Switch 2 when it launches on June 5, 2025.
